Attention
Notice what is actually happening before reacting to it.
For B2B SaaS leadership teams going through rapid growth or change. Expand your capacity to lead, pivot, or hold in 30 days or less.
The leadership challenge
They need reliable access to their intelligence when the pressure is on.
Technology is increasing what organizations can do. At the same time, leaders must make consequential decisions faster, collaborate across difference, and stay grounded when the answer isn’t obvious.
The Human Capacity Lab creates a place to practice what those conditions demand—not through another presentation about leadership, but through experience.
Six distinctly human capacities
These are not soft skills. They determine what a team can access when complexity rises.
Notice what is actually happening before reacting to it.
Access information that analysis alone can miss.
Stay genuinely interested when the impulse is to defend, fix, or conclude.
Distinguish signal from noise, intuition from impulse, urgency from importance.
Stay in connection while navigating disagreement, tension, and difference.
Respond intentionally instead of automatically.
Inside the Lab
Leaders move through carefully designed experiments in attention, listening, interpretation, decision-making, urgency, and relationship.
The team makes visible what usually stays hidden: assumptions, reflexes, communication patterns, and what happens to intelligence under pressure.
Insights are connected directly to a live business or leadership challenge, creating choices the team can carry back into the work.
Designed for consequential moments
Founding partner engagement
A customized Lab for approximately 8–20 leaders, built around a genuine question facing your team.

Wilder explores what it takes to remain fully human in a world that increasingly makes it easy not to be. Her work brings together decades of experience across education, leadership, systems thinking, somatics, relational intelligence, contemplative practice, and experiential learning.
The Human Capacity Lab is part of The Business of Being Human—a larger inquiry into the capabilities required to flourish in a rapidly changing world.
Questions, answered
It is leadership development through direct experience. Rather than adding more concepts, the Lab lets leaders observe how they already listen, interpret, decide, and relate—then practice more effective choices.
Yes. A sponsor discovery conversation identifies a live organizational question. The experiments and application are then shaped around your team’s context.
Executive and leadership teams of approximately 8–20 people, especially those navigating rapid growth, change, AI disruption, strategic decisions, trust challenges, or cultures dominated by urgency.
In person is preferred because it creates the richest laboratory. A virtual format is available when geography requires it.
The engagement includes discovery, customization, the facilitated Lab, reflection tools, team observations, and post-Lab recommendations. In return, founding partners provide candid feedback and, when appropriate, permission for a testimonial or case study.
You receive observations about patterns that surfaced and recommendations for next steps. The Lab can stand alone or reveal where deeper team or organizational work would be valuable.
Begin with the real question
Start with a 20-minute conversation. We’ll explore what is happening in your organization and whether the Lab is the right fit.
